Phew, the paperback is ready

March 13, 2018

What do you do after spending 14 months working towards achieving one of your life's goals? I always envisioned a Hank Moody kind of a celebration, but found that the actual act of hitting publish was anti-climatic. All that work and I just had to hit "publish"?! Of course, as soon as I saw the cover on Amazon I was ticked because the text was off. I'm still trying to fix that. Overall, the process was fairly smooth, but certainly had numerous challenges and complexities. Publishing a book is pretty much like publishing music. Any schmoe (like me) can publish a book. Now the real trick is getting someone to buy it. The internet has opened up music publishing to anyone with a wooden fork and a bucket. Publishing your banging noises on Soundcloud doesn't equate to any more success than me publishing my written banging noises on Amazon. The real hard work is marketing, advertising and generating buzz starts. I genuinely believe my approach in this book will make sense and can help millions of couples. Seriously, this is going to work and is going to make a difference. I can feel it. I'm pretty excited about it.
